Refunds and Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please note that slight imperfections are a natural part of the soy candle making process. However, we are happy to work through any issues you might have with incorrect or damaged items (not as a result from shipping). Be sure to have your receipt or proof of purchase, as we may request these items. It is a possibility that we may request proof by way of electronic images. We ask that any requests regarding these issues, etc. are made no later than 2 weeks after receiving your order.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
